The person at the drive-through was extremely helpful. We had a transaction to make that would've been easier at an ATM but their ATM is inside, but that didn't matter because the person at the drive up which there was no line for was extremely helpful and did everything that ATM could do but better. I was the driver, I don't bank with Chase, but my brother does and I was able to help him out since he just had knee surgery and cant currently drive, we were able to get all of his transactions done through the window. Very helpful and friendly staff. Jessie stayed after closing hours to help set up my account. Couldn't be happier.
Fast, friendly, efficient.
I came in for a notarization request and waited on the couch for about 10 minutes before a banker greeted me, letting me know that the only gentleman who handles notarizations was currently busy but would help me shortly. I then waited another 10 minutes with no update. When I walked up to the window, ask the notarization gentleman who was no longer busy, but he told me they weren’t doing notarizations today and suggested I go to the Draper branch instead.
