I came in for a notarization request and waited on the couch for about 10 minutes before a banker greeted me, letting me know that the only gentleman who handles notarizations was currently busy but would help me shortly. I then waited another 10 minutes with no update. When I walked up to the window, ask the notarization gentleman who was no longer busy, but he told me they weren’t doing notarizations today and suggested I go to the Draper branch instead. Mark Hics helped me resolve an issue through his branch and made it right. He is the best branch manager I have ever interacted with. He was very down to earth and personable. He is someone I would want to for, and is a great asset to your company.
It's a good location but I was kind of confused when the lady started helping me with a cash drop and then waited for her coworker to finish it.
