Friendly, helpful bankers. Location good, but no left turn out of either exits.
Chase is supposed to have great online tools. It has been a real struggle to add an external account. I wanted to talk to a banker to get some help. Previously, it was relatively simple to talk to but now I have to book a appointment. Their overall service level went down! I will find another bank.
