This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with with a bank. They made us feel like we were thieves. We brought a check in the cash, proper identification second form ID. I had my son with me. They literally made a step out of line and step to the side and deal with other customers while they verified the check which is OK they could’ve verified the check But the way they made a step out of line and embarrass us in front of the entire bank and made us wait till they got done with the rest of their customers before t... read more
Atm doesn’t work
Gentry went above and beyond to provide truly world-class service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience seamless. I sincerely hope Chase treats him with the same level of excellence he showed us—because he’s a rare talent and a genuine asset to the team.
Been a Chase customer for years. Can’t have an ATM open 7:30am on a weekday?? Maybe I’ll have to switch banks! Big corp bank obviously doesn’t care about the local customers!! Thanks Chase!
