This branch isn't my regular branch, but all the appointments were full at my branch. Ended up speaking with Marqese who was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and wasn't pushy. Wish the reps at my branch were this good. Thanks for the awesome service Marqese!
The WORST I sat here for almost an hr before anyone even asked me what I needed help with Extremely rude staff other than the teller staff they are great !!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Tellers are pleasant and helpful
I have never had an unpleasant experience at the Fishkill branch of Chase. Everyone is very friendly and my issues are always handled every single time with care and the time that I need to make sure that all of my questions are answered and that every i is dotted and every t is crossed. I am honestly surprised at the low ratings and comments on the other customer reviews. I’m very happy this bank branch.
Stay far away from this place when requesting cashiers check they do not have a book to reference checks. Other banks such of Bank of America and M&T have a book. There was also 6 bank accounts underneath my name witch doesn’t make any sense.
