I’ve been a loyal Chase customer for many years, frequenting numerous branches and interacting with countless tellers — nearly all of whom have been friendly, helpful, and professional. This branch is newly built or newly remodeled. In either case, it was very welcoming. I appreciated the Saturday hours since we were in town over a weekend visiting family. The tellers and the rest of the team were warm and helpful.

This branch isn't my regular branch, but all the appointments were full at my branch. Ended up speaking with Marqese who was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and wasn't pushy. Wish the reps at my branch were this good. Thanks for the awesome service Marqese!
