Bank teller was extremely personable. Very pleasant early morning interaction.
Great experience, Excellent customer service. The manager ( Jonathan) was very helpful. I went in with a bunch of request and he take care of them for me in no time. No issue or hassle whatsoever.
I'm not a person who writes reviews but after seeing some of the negativity in other postings I felt compelled to react. I have been working with this bank for as long as it has been a CHASE branch (30 years maybe?) and I have nothing but outstanding ratings to give it. The tellers are always friendly, competent, and helpful. The bank manager Johnathan is exceptional, always willing to take time to say hello and provide whatever assistance I need. I have nothing but accolades for the entire staff.
