I can't ever get a person on the phone at the branch. I was turned away more than once, either trying to cash out a CD or open one. No one was in the bank either time. I was told " you have to make an appointment". Went to M & T bank and was helped immediately by tellers who were able to open a CD right at the window. No appointment needed
Jonathon Taft (the Branch Manager) is the best Bank Branch Manager I've had the honor to know and work with. He always takes time to greet you with a smile and a handshake and helps you with any aspect of banking you might have. Only wish all Branch Managers were like Jonathon.
Love Joan and the tall gentleman and the one with the European accent. So nice and efficient
The impossible to enter-or-exit parking lot makes Monroe's only Chase a challenge only the brave seek out.
