I do not want to disparage any business truly I hate it most of the time it's pettiness. In my case I don't like the way I got upset at this branch but I was scammed of 2 thousand dollars I think. It was my fault I thought I was getting a loan after it was all set and done just the way the person I met with was speaking he clearly wanted to keep making the point it's on me the bank has no blame in this. People there are great ,very helpful never had a problem with customer service, the drive up ATM is a total headache problems constantly thats on Chase NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK INSIDE, very happy.

This is the worst chase branch I’ve ever been to. They are slow, unhelpful and totally uninterested in helping customers. There is always a line of people waiting and plenty of staff ignoring them. Go elsewhere…
