This is my favorite branch of all the Chase banks I go to. I've literally dealt with every single person that works at this branch from the tellers to the relationship managers to the business brokers to the financial investor. And I've never had a bad experience. Every single person that works here knows their job and is good at it. I do not want to disparage any business truly I hate it most of the time it's pettiness. In my case I don't like the way I got upset at this branch but I was scammed of 2 thousand dollars I think. It was my fault I thought I was getting a loan after it was all set and done just the way the person I met with was speaking he clearly wanted to keep making the point it's on me the bank has no blame in this. People there are great ,very helpful never had a problem with customer service, the drive up ATM is a total headache problems constantly thats on Chase NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK INSIDE, very happy.
