I went here this morning and the 77 year old woman came running out bitchin and after that it's my turn but they can't help me and they told me to get out and don't come back nobody coming back to this branch as far as I know comment below about your own experience in this branch only or other locations 2

I am a good customer of ride now power sports inhabe spent thousands at the store. I made a return was cut a check came here to this branch and they would not cash the check after two days and three attempts. They accused me of fraud in front of other chase customers and i have close to a million . I was dirty that day from working outside . They accused me of fraud witch is absolutely slandering and it wasn't fraud. They withheld information from me and then took 1488 out of my account and couldn’t tell me why, I so I headed to the location to get more information and they were very rude and still didn’t give me any information to actually help me they gave me a number to call and when I did they told me chase was supposed to inform me that I need to contact them prior to them taking money out and with them contacting me to confirm I was the actual person instead of giving me the number that actual day they took it the told me to call a... read more

Chase sucks. Incompetent jerks. Go to any other bank because this Chase is a joke ! Seriously wrong about my balance; can’t even do simple math !!!

My mother passed away and it took three visits across two days to get everything resolved. Tellers had no idea what the process was and after there should have been no money going out because my dead mother's debit card was frozen, charges continued to accrue. They made a bad experience worse; I hope when they have to deal with other financial institutions after a loved one's death, they're met with the same level of service as they provide.
