I went here this morning and the 77 year old woman came running out bitchin and after that it's my turn but they can't help me and they told me to get out and don't come back nobody coming back to this branch as far as I know comment below about your own experience in this branch only or other locations 2
I am a good customer of ride now power sports inhabe spent thousands at the store. I made a return was cut a check came here to this branch and they would not cash the check after two days and three attempts. They accused me of fraud in front of other chase customers and i have close to a million . I was dirty that day from working outside . They withheld information from me and then took 1488 out of my account and couldn’t tell me why, I so I headed to the location to get more information and they were very rude and still didn’t give me any information to actually help me they gave me a number to call and when I did they told me chase was supposed to inform me that I need to contact them prior to them taking money out and with them contacting me to confirm I was the actual person instead of giving me the number that actual day they took it the told me to call a... read more
Chase sucks. Incompetent jerks. Go to any other bank because this Chase is a joke ! Seriously wrong about my balance; can’t even do simple math !!!
