In 2019 the Branch Manager and Asst. Manager distributed my Mothers Social Security Check to a person who was not her POA. To date she has not had her funds returned and the State Police physically removed my 90 yr. old Mother from the Bank and refused to write a criminal report. She is now 94 and had banked at Chase for over 30 years. As of today, the same Manager / Private Client Banker and Marketing Director have POA paperwork to release the contents of my Safety Deposit Box and are involved in the same financial trickery... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Business Owners...Please be aware that ALL Chase Banks will not honor fraudulent checks that are not reported within 30 days of your bank statement issue date. I recently had (2) checks stolen, altered, forged and cashed that amounted to approximately $15,500.00. I reported the fraud within 45 days of my statement date and Chase denied my claim.

Both my daughter and I had a combined $10,050 stolen from our checking accounts on 4/26/22. The bank still has not refunded either of us the funds, although they are FDIC insured for billions of dollars. Bank personnel with NO information contacts me and knows nothing of this case and this situation is being handled in he most deplorable manner. DO NOT BANK at Chase Bank.
