Trying to close my account and Al I am getting is mis wrong inf .. the 1800 number told me to come to the bank to close the Account the bank proceeds to they’ll me to call the same 1800 number and ask again for the same request over again.. please please go to bank with no over draft fee and where for ur saving where your money can grow. CAPITAL ONE , Sofi what u waiting for . U love ur money well act like like it.
I had interactions with two employees there, both were very rude.
Terrible attitudes and customer service by the tellers. If you can surpass them and get a one on one with a banker for whatever non-atm needs you have, you're good. Until then, grin and bear the sour attitudes of the tellers. After all, it's not like it's "your" money.
I'll stick to Brewster where they smile!
