Great customer service!!!! Employees go out of their way to provide, fast, efficient, effective service. The reward debit card is a huge plus!!!!!!
This bank has given me so much trouble over the past year.....With large deposits they place a hold on your account for at least 7 days....and when you call to get the hold removed ...and they in fact say it has been removed over the phone...you use your debit card..and then later find overdraft fees....This bank is horrible..the service is horrible...I switched to 5/3 ....which I highly reccomend because of their kind employees and the great services they offer.....
