I went to open a new account. Manager Hunter Reeves assisted me, efficiently and effectively, amiable, and with special attention to my need to clear the US Treasury check the same day. This branch is very small. There are no tellers. Cash is only available through an internal machine, limited to $3,000 per day. But if you need a Chase account, you can find assistance here. I'm satisfied with the service I experienced
I called to ask questions about setting up a new account and Silvia was SOOOO nice! Her branch couldn't get me in with an appointment, so she actually found a branch that was also close to accommodate my busy schedule for the next day! Her customer service gives so much confidence with opening a new account with Chase! Thank you Silvia! I wish everyone in the banking world was as sweet as she is!
