I’ve always had a very good experience at this Chase with whomever I worked with in personal banking. Chris (I’m sorry - I forgot the last name) is exceptional - he is professional, courteous, efficient and thorough - he explains everything clearly to make sure that you are aware of your options. I’ve worked with him twice now and can’t say enough about him.
The staff here is great and does a good job at everything they do, but the ATM's are constantly buggered. Many times I have to go inside to find that most of the transactions they encourage you to use their advanced ATM in the lobby, but about half the time the outside ATM's are broken, so is the one in the lobby. This seems to be a pattern with Chase bank and their ATM's. The one that was by the Metro Diner was also broken about half the time I tried to use it and it seems if that one is broken then the one at this location... read more
