incredibly poor customer service
Love this branch! Located conveniently in the heart of the community and always there for my daily banking needs. Joey is absolutely amazing banker, delivering exceptional customer experience every time I’m there.
This has to be the worse Chase branch in the country. On a weekly basis we (my company) utilize 5-6 different Chase branches across FL and IL. Zero problems minus this specific branch. Customer service is the bottom of the barrel. A second vasectomy would be less painful than having to deal with the employees (especially management) at this branch. I have had to wait while a teller (older woman very grouchy) closes her station 10 min before she has to leave and then walk away only for me to find another teller to help us whi... read more
