This is the only location I have used but it is very poorly operated. There is always a long wait and no one available to help. If you have a busy location, Management should schedule accordingly. It took over 20 minutes to make a deposit in the drive through and 30 minutes to close my account after. Grace offered no apology but said I could be added to the queue or call to close my account. This confirms the lack of care for their Customers. Both 5/3 and Trust have much better Customer Service on Narcoossee.
I had the worst experience ever at this Chase branch. Afterward, I checked the Google reviews and wasn’t surprised to see it has the lowest rating in the area, now I know why. The front desk staff, particularly a woman named Gayatee, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and impatient. Her attitude reflects poorly on Chase and makes customers feel unwelcome. I will never do business at this location again. Please stay away from this branch if you value respectful and professional service.
