This is the only location I have used but it is very poorly operated. There is always a long wait and no one available to help. If you have a busy location, Management should schedule accordingly. It took over 20 minutes to make a deposit in the drive through and 30 minutes to close my account after. Grace offered no apology but said I could be added to the queue or call to close my account. This confirms the lack of care for their Customers. Both 5/3 and Trust have much better Customer Service on Narcoossee.
I had the worst experience ever at this Chase branch. Afterward, I checked the Google reviews and wasn’t surprised to see it has the lowest rating in the area, now I know why. The front desk staff, particularly a woman named Gayatee, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and impatient. Her attitude reflects poorly on Chase and makes customers feel unwelcome. I will never do business at this location again. Please stay away from this branch if you value respectful and professional service.
They charge me $10 for a cashiers check. Absolutely crazy considering I’ve been with them for over 7 years. Chase is insane with all the charges just to get my own money . Will be switching banks !
Set an appointment for 2pm with Edilberto. Arrived 15 minutes early only to be “checked in” and ignored for the next hour with no resolution or explanation offered. That is except for the patronizing comments from other staff members such as, “I feel bad that you have to wait, can I get you a beer?”. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
My best experience at this bank has been with Calley Evans. A sweet young lady helped us with lots of love, patience and always a nice smile. Thank you Calley! Gustavo and Mom
