No issues conducting business at this location. I opened up another account with Chase and i was in and out within the hour.
I recently visited this Chase branch to open a business account, expecting a certain level of professionalism and support. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued at all. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. There was no warm greeting, no effort to understand my needs, and very little initiative shown to help me through the process. It felt more like I was an inconvenience than a potential client. We had an appointment early morning and everything was fast and efficient. I even had a confirmation call prior to my appointment verifying. After arriving, waited less than 5 minutes and my service on opening a joint account took about 45 minutes!! Very nice and helpful, Matthew lai was our banker who assisted us. 10/10 service provided
This Bank is very good at harassing and racially profile people. My brother who is Deaf goes into this bank to transfer money to another. Just to be waiting for 2 hours and had cops arrive accusing him of not being him. Ends up being there for 5 hours proving that he is who he said he is. Even provided social security card and they were still in disbelief. They then proceeded to send the money that was in his bank to another bank account and now he has to wait 3 days to get it back.
