What a horribly maintained Chase Branch. With the only drive-up ATM in Yuba City, this location has been down for at least two weeks. The ATM's in the vestibule don't help, because it's locked after hours. So what's the point of having a drive-up ATM that is unusable? Sure, it says you can check balances and make transfers, but it can't accept cash deposits or dispense cash. Don't bother with this Chase, they're a waste of time.
