Chase Bank completely failed to guide me when I was dealing with a fraud issue instead of clearly explaining my options or helping me take the proper steps to protect my account I was left confused and unsupported the branch managers did not provide accurate or helpful guidance which only made the situation more stressful and time-consuming for a bank of this size I expected professionalism clear communication, and accountability but none of that was delivered very disappointing!
Chase bank in Yuba City is friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They offer everything for all your banking needs. We do wish we had more ATM's around town, but those smiling faces greet you at the front door. Thanks Chase!
