This chase branch is really shady. ATM inside the bank took my $1720.00 but no receipt and no deposit showing on my account. They temporarily deposited $1720 but told me to wait for 45 to 90 business days for final decision. I almost had a heartattck and my 13years old nephew was stunned. Help was very poor on this matter by bank. Teller told me to call 1-800 # and deal with it over the phone. I ask them to search the atm and check, must be stuck somewhere if didn't go all the way. Billi was rude during my transaction today 6/11/25. I tell her I have a deposit to make and she just looks at me and I hand her the deposit items. After that she hands me a receipt without saying anything. I looked at the receipt to make sure it was the correct amount and I asked her, "why did it (the pinpad) not ask me if the amount was okay?" and she smiles and says "have a nice day!" and I told her "thanks for not answering my question" and left.
