Billi and Alicia were kind and patient. Transparent (which I love, no beating around the bush) and able to walk me through my issue. Also I was greeted when I came in with a welcome. I don’t understand the low rating here.
I’ve never seen so many homeless people outside of a bank before. Made me SO uncomfortable to deposit my check and pull money out. I probably won’t be going here again for late night deposits… really should have someone patrolling the area and kicking them away from the ATMS. I’m 96 pounds and find it sketchy and Super not cool.
This location has severe problems with their ATM machines. The two in the vestibule are no longer accessible after hours and the drive up ATM has one or more problems (Unable to Accept Cash Deposits, Unable to Provide Receipt, etc...) at least 50% of the time.
I when in about 3 weeks ago to open an account for my brother as his payee and a few days ago I got a letter in mail telling me they are closing the account due to fraud. I call and the person on the phone was so rude I asked to speak with his manager or supervisor he refused to transfer me. I call left a voice mail to the person who had help me out the first time and still no response. On Saturday mail guess what my check come in with no explanation.
They do not welcome walk inns. That's my 3rd time go, but I'm disappointed
