I had to deal with this branch after my mother passed. I feel sorry for anyone that uses this bank. It is arguably the most incompetent banking experience I've ever had. The bank will initially tell you they can help but then refer you to corporate which is an 800 number. Corporate will then refer you back to the branch. However, You can't actually call the branch, it's also an 800 number. You have to go into the branch at which point they will request you make an appointment.
