I had to deal with this branch after my mother passed. I feel sorry for anyone that uses this bank. It is arguably the most incompetent banking experience I've ever had. The bank will initially tell you they can help but then refer you to corporate which is an 800 number. Corporate will then refer you back to the branch. However, You can't actually call the branch, it's also an 800 number. You have to go into the branch at which point they will request you make an appointment. Went in there to exchange Old dollar coins, We were at first rejected to being told. They didn’t accept old coins, and we had to spend them at stores. When We asked to speak to the manager, The manager said they needed to be wrapped. They gave us only wrappers that fit some of our coins, then tried to tell us they wouldn’t take the remaining unwrapped coins. Bank cashiers should be more concerned about helping customers instead to send them away, I tried to deposit $123, $50 already wrapped and the rest in old, large dollar coins, as shown in the attached pictures. The cashier initially declined my request, and their coworker yelled from the other cashier that the bank does not accept old coins, and recommend me to use them at stores.
