I'm retracting my one star review from the other day. There were several issues at play. We were in a different back last week with the same restroom policy in place, but allowed my friend to use them, as he has health issues. So you might want to look into that. Otherwise the people here are always nice and professional.
I am appalled at the service at this branch I had an appointment for 11 am I came in 10 minutes late as I have a newborn and toddler and got there as soon as I could when I walked in they had already taken another person and was completing their appointment I waited an additional 30 minutes and they told me I could wait but if the 1030 appointment comes in we can’t be seen we asked how long the courtesy wait is and they said 10 minutes however when we got in 10 minutes late they had already taken the next person.
