Sounds like similar experience to everyone else on here. I was an inconvenience to Dani the teller and Evanka the supervisor. I’ve had a business account with this company for 14 years. They gave me grief and were totally unprofessional. Chase bank is good for us international but terrible locally. Will be closing my account and going to the credit union up the road.
My work makes me use Chase and the workers at this location are great but JP Morgan can lick the bottom of a boot.
