My visit to the branch on 11/20/25 was a frustrating experience. I was greeted by the cashier quickly, so no issues there. However, I arrived on time for my 1:00 PM appointment, and the banker (S*** R***) was still with another customer. Their meeting didn’t wrap up until around 1:15 PM. At that point, I expected the banker to acknowledge the delay and assist me promptly, but instead she continued working on her computer and handling other tasks. She was very patient, professional, and kind, and she made the whole process super easy and smooth. Her customer service was exceptional — she truly went above and beyond to help me.
