My visit to the branch on 11/20/25 was a frustrating experience. I was greeted by the cashier quickly, so no issues there. However, I arrived on time for my 1:00 PM appointment, and the banker (S*** R***) was still with another customer. Their meeting didn’t wrap up until around 1:15 PM. At that point, I expected the banker to acknowledge the delay and assist me promptly, but instead she continued working on her computer and handling other tasks.
