Worst chase you could ever go to, went to get a check verified and was then told they would hold my funds (<5k) and that my account would be closed in 30days.. the manager said this btw .. tell me why I went to the chase in downtown Irving and the issue was resolved within 30min, manager needs to be fired
I arrived at 12:45 PM for my 1:00 PM appointment to open a business account. I provided all documents except one, which I quickly retrieved from my email while still inside the bank. I had it ready within minutes, but the banker refused to continue, saying he had other appointments at 3:00 PM. I was disappointed, as I was present and ready to proceed shortly after the issue was resolved.
Poor customer service and long wait times. The experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.Do not open business account in here
