I’d like to publicly that Ashely L., Candy, and Chrissy. These ladies worked so diligently to help me research for a transaction. I appreciate their efforts, diligence, and dedication to resolving this matter. Thank you will never be enough.
They constantly get things mixed up with my mother’s account. I have power of attorney over her affairs and they charge her, cancel payments and refuse to straighten things out without complications. I deal with three other banks and never have these issues at all. I’m going close everything and move to any bank other than this one.
Only been to this branch a couple of times, last time I had to go inside and it was a bit of a wait, this last visit was at the ATM and went smooth.
I am a small business owner. Today I received a check from a customer and went inside the bank to cash the check because of the amount. The first woman could not cash the check because it was over the amount allowed to be cashed. I then returned to the bank with the person that wrote me the check, with him standing next to me. They still charged me $10 to cash the check. I mentioned this to the woman and then she was extremely rude and said well you told me you would pay the $10! Staff is encountered was friendly and professional. The seating in the lobby area needs to be updated looks really worn. Extremely upset because of them not having access to my account. The gentleman that waited on me put me on The right track to get help. But it was extremely frustrating that they had no access to the account no way of seeing account and was unable to give me any any information on the account.
