I’d like to publicly that Ashely L., Candy, and Chrissy. These ladies worked so diligently to help me research for a transaction. I appreciate their efforts, diligence, and dedication to resolving this matter. Thank you will never be enough.
They constantly get things mixed up with my mother’s account. I have power of attorney over her affairs and they charge her, cancel payments and refuse to straighten things out without complications. I deal with three other banks and never have these issues at all. I’m going close everything and move to any bank other than this one.
Only been to this branch a couple of times, last time I had to go inside and it was a bit of a wait, this last visit was at the ATM and went smooth.
This banking institution is a joke. The manager there does everything they can to not help you and smile while doing it
I am a small business owner. Today I received a check from a customer and went inside the bank to cash the check because of the amount. The first woman could not cash the check because it was over the amount allowed to be cashed. I then returned to the bank with the person that wrote me the check, with him standing next to me.
