Staff is encountered was friendly and professional. The seating in the lobby area needs to be updated looks really worn. Extremely upset because of them not having access to my account. The gentleman that waited on me put me on The right track to get help. But it was extremely frustrating that they had no access to the account no way of seeing account and was unable to give me any any information on the account. I am a small business owner. Today I received a check from a customer and went inside the bank to cash the check because of the amount. The first woman could not cash the check because it was over the amount allowed to be cashed. I then returned to the bank with the person that wrote me the check, with him standing next to me. They still charged me $10 to cash the check. I mentioned this to the woman and then she was extremely rude and said well you told me you would pay the $10! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was depositing cash so nothing out of ordinary. Everything went smooth. It took no more than 5 min.

As soon as I entered Andrew greeted me and asked if I needed help. I needed assistance with a transfer and Andrew said he could help as we walked to his teller. Andrew was polite, professional and friendly. He paid close attention to everything making the transaction quick and efficient. We also discussed looking into a credit card in the future. On the way out a nice lady wished us a good day. 5 star service with everyone at this branch. Thank you very much. You are appreciated.

I attempted to pay my credit card bill, but my payment was declined due to an expired ID. I understand the importance of ID verification, but I was unable to renew my ID in person due to the lack of available appointments at the DMV. As a result, I renewed my ID online and presented the receipt, along with my old ID, as proof of renewal. However, this was also deemed invalid.
