Absolutely terrible customer service ! They are lucky to get one star! Told me my check won’t hit my account for 7 business days because they are placing a hold! Terrible!

Everyone there is super helpful and friendly they never give me issues when I have to go get change for my job like most banks around the area. But today Denisse went out of her way for me i was having issues with a check from my employer and she helped me out alot she is always so friendly and greets you with a warm smile!
