The staff member I spoke with informed me within seconds that there were no available dates for appointments and immediately asked me to leave, without offering any alternatives or assistance. Terrible customer service… worse then the DMV 😟
I’ve been dealing with this issue for months now, and the card swipe system still isn’t working. It’s frustrating that nothing has been done to fix it.
The fact that you can't access the ATM vestibule to deposit or withdraw money on Sunday, in the modern age, has to be the dumbest thing ever.
