They have the worst ever dealing with the customer, and they postponed my appointment today with no reason. I am really mad because they didn't tell me the time of the appointment nor even send me a message. Moreover, I already come at the time, but they are just playing dump on me.
Lazy manager in that branch, I don't know where they hire these unqualified individuals, you can't get a simple letter from that's branch
