Stopped there on 8/10/16. There was only one customer at a window. There was an employee at a second window but she appeared to be doing something(perhaps working the drive up window, although she was facing toward the lobby) so I stood back and waited. There wasn't any acknowledgment of them seeing me at all. Waited several minutes while the customer & employee chitchatted about his watch etc. Was totally ignored and had to leave.
