understaffed and employee doesnt put engaging customer in first priority. There is only one teller counter open and they dont saperate business and personal banking.
They don’t help those who want to open a new account even when you call they completely ignore the call
I am very disappointed with the manager and staff of this bank. They have a very poor work attitude, have not received adequate training, know nothing, tell lies, and use excuses not to serve customers. Working there is just a waste of time!
