The staff at Chase is super helpful and friendly. It is always clean and welcoming when I walk in here. Typically my service is pretty quick and lines are not too long. The only complaint I have is that the staff members here wear so much perfume/cologne. Many people, like myself, are very sensitive to fragrances, and I have gotten very sick each time I've come in here due to the extreme amount of fragrance. Typically businesses try to keep this to a more minimal level.
Almost all Chase Banks are of the best quality products and solutions add great personal and you have a win win situation only one better

Going to this Chase Bank is always a pleasure. The employees know yu by name and are always helpful n kind. I do have an issue with Chase policy of linking my two accounts that allows someone to use one card n it's pass code to access n withdraw monies from both of my accounts. Eric tried to remedy this problem but it's Chase policies...
