Friendly people and no waiting time. You have to go around back to exit because the entrance on mahoning is entrance only.
Worst bank ever. You cannot call them. My father had passed away and my brother and I had an appointment back in April and this branch said they upload the documents and everyone else says they do not see it. I do not live local and have been trying to call them but no one ever answers the phone.
It's unacceptable that you cannot call the bank and speak to someone. You get a message to call back later. No matter how many times you call, nobody will answer the phone. They might as well save the money and shut off their phone service. They do this on purpose.
I would highly recommend this bank, you always feel like you are somebody in this bank. The staff is very friendly and the bank is sparkling clean
