I have banked with chase for a decade or more and never had a problem with banking in any form. Each place I've been, the staffs are very friendly.
Chase is THE WORST bank. You can never get ahold of customer service. They’ve let my account be drained. Hacked multiple times then say they fixed the problem for the same scam to be taking payments after I called. Been trying to close my account for weeks and it’s impossible. It takes 45 min to get to someone then they say they’ll connect you and the phone hangs up or you just get a voicemail to call back . The amount of morning this bank has ruined of mine or ridiculous. Save yourself. NEVER bank with them.
Super nice, and helpful. Definitely plan to bank here. Very thankful for the help I was given.
