Very friendly customer service at this location.
I called to see if since I don't get direct deposit because I'm not getting paid anymore if fees will be taken out and I told them I will be closing my account sometime in May when I get everything situated with another bank since I didn't like how corrupt this bank is with the PPP loan by them playing favorites snd shuffling accounts which they are getting sued for that. The lady said she hope I go homeless and I told her she was wrong for saying that. Turns out May 1st they closed my account to try to make me go homeless. ... read more
They hunger up on me. Guess they couldn't answer a simple question regarding their own stupid app that apparently doesn't work either.
Their website needs to be updated. Listed hours of operation are no longer actual and we had to drive 25 minutes both ways to discover they were closed because the website wasn’t updated
