Worst customer service ever. I moved here over a month ago and still cannot get them to send my title to AAA to get my car registered. The call centers are out of the US and really do not care. Each time i call they hang up or lie and say they do not have the paperwork from the VA DMV. supervisor 216564 was rude and petulant.
Almost every other time I come to this branch’s ATM, it is down for some unknown reason. I have never been to a bank with such frequent outages. Unfortunately this is the only one that is on my normal route. I have to go to the one by the mall I guess and completely skip coming here.
Went in to open my daughter a high school checking account and close her teen account. Rachelle was very helpful and made it a quick painless process.
No teller windows. I needed a thousand dollars for Ernest money for a real state transaction. I did have my debit card was being replaced due to fraudulent activity and it takes 7to10 days to get the new one. ( First problem) I and the bank associate tried several times the use my digital wallet but it wouldn't work. One of the associates tried to call customer service and it was a 20 minute wait.
