Awesome branch! Everyone is very kind and they take care of their customers.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I opened several accounts through them, a student, a savings, a debit, and a credit. I was told upon opening there would be no fees as I am a student. Not only did they tack you with fees thereafter, they refused to negotiate so I have closed the account. Flagstar has been phenomenal. Similarly, I have been charged fees, but they are very polite in waving them as long as you provevide reasoning they were unjust. Really friendly crew. They took the time to investigate a particular issue for me, and all the while staying chipper and neighborly. Very happy with the service I've received since moving to the area. Six stars!
