Don't go to this location if your not willing to spend all day there. I came in with a letter of testamentary to see my brother had an account at this Bank. I was told that they had to send this information over to their legal department. Which could take up to a week to get the answer back. I then told them I don't know why it's such a problem of getting this information from them when I went to three other Banks, Bank of america, Wells Fargo and Woodforest national Bank and didn't have any problems of getting the answer wi... read more
The staff work too slowly.
Chase Bank branch at jupter and buckingham road, every time I take time to do transport and bussiness appointments from my accounts trying repeatedly to call this branch phone number, never for the last consecutive 6 years do they answer the phone. I have called other branches and they answer promptly, but if I try to do transactions or even set an appointment to dicuss my account, they cannot discuss or assist, and repeatedly tell me to continue try to get throuh to the service phone for bussiness, which is extremely diffic... read more
It should not be this hard to open a business account No one is available on the phone (after calling several times) or in person (after waiting a while) when I went to the bank. They suggested that I make an appointment. I guess they don't need another customer that much.
