I had an absolutely awful experience at this Chase branch due to the behavior of the branch manager, Charles. He was extremely rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I asked to close my account, he spoke to me in a degrading tone and made inappropriate comments about my personal business loudly enough for others to hear—clearly trying to embarrass me. Not sure why I didn’t look at the reviews, the other location I went to first was booked a few extra days out and I saw appointment slots earlier for this branch. Got here right before my appointment time and waited over 30 minutes to be seen, after checking in. Not sure what the point of scheduling is if the time slots are not honored. When asking when we would be seen, (who I assume is) branch manager pulled us aside and told me to make myself comfortable while we waited. It was a nightmare and horrible behavior with costumers. The front desk man was crazy I went to open a checking account for the first time since I have Acount with other Banks and I thought of it like other Banks behavior Hahahahah. But I was wrong. Because it was supper unprofessional and disrespectful
