I was in this location (Jupiter and Buckingham Rd intersection near Garland, TX) three times between 2019 and 2026 to open a new account. Previously I was told to come on another day. Today I was told to wait 1-2 hours to talk to someone to open a new account. Chase Bank allows to open a new account online. However, the concierge is not a welcoming person and I give this location the worst rating.
Worse bank ever! Do not use this location customer service is horrible.
Emily Guerrero is the best bank teller I have ever had the experience of working with. She helped me out right at close and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. 5/5 and 10/10 excellent customer service! ☺️
