Johnny Nguyen is by far the rudest bank employee I have ever experienced, and I have been banking for 45 years. No manners, no eye contact, no introduction nor handshake, cut me off, ignored me, was dismissive and treated me like I must remind him of someone he dislikes. I've been using Chase for 17 years. I had an absolutely awful experience at this Chase branch due to the behavior of the branch manager, Charles. He was extremely rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I asked to close my account, he spoke to me in a degrading tone and made inappropriate comments about my personal business loudly enough for others to hear—clearly trying to embarrass me.
