Not sure why I didn’t look at the reviews, the other location I went to first was booked a few extra days out and I saw appointment slots earlier for this branch. Got here right before my appointment time and waited over 30 minutes to be seen, after checking in. Not sure what the point of scheduling is if the time slots are not honored. When asking when we would be seen, (who I assume is) branch manager pulled us aside and told me to make myself comfortable while we waited. It was a nightmare and horrible behavior with costumers. The front desk man was crazy I went to open a checking account for the first time since I have Acount with other Banks and I thought of it like other Banks behavior Hahahahah. But I was wrong. Because it was supper unprofessional and disrespectful
Don't go to this location if your not willing to spend all day there. I came in with a letter of testamentary to see my brother had an account at this Bank. I was told that they had to send this information over to their legal department. Which could take up to a week to get the answer back. I then told them I don't know why it's such a problem of getting this information from them when I went to three other Banks, Bank of america, Wells Fargo and Woodforest national Bank and didn't have any problems of getting the answer wi... read more
