Chase Bank branch at jupter and buckingham road, every time I take time to do transport and bussiness appointments from my accounts trying repeatedly to call this branch phone number, never for the last consecutive 6 years do they answer the phone. I have called other branches and they answer promptly, but if I try to do transactions or even set an appointment to dicuss my account, they cannot discuss or assist, and repeatedly tell me to continue try to get throuh to the service phone for bussiness, which is extremely diffic... read more
It should not be this hard to open a business account No one is available on the phone (after calling several times) or in person (after waiting a while) when I went to the bank. They suggested that I make an appointment. I guess they don't need another customer that much.
They didn't know what kind of service they are giving the guy named Thomas Dahin is rude first of all and he was rush to end for the day and misinformed me about letter of credit. Never returned back in this branch again!
The ATM doesn’t work inside the bank smells very bad
