Service has definitely gone down at this branch. One of the Tellers, Nicole, canceled my card without telling me. Had to call the manager of another branch to get the issue fixed. Also, it seems like their printer for checks is always broken. The drive through ATM is broken most of the time as well.
Hands down the scariest ATM I've ever visited. It is so narrow! My mirror was centimeters away from the brick wall and I was right up to edge on the other side. I added a star because I didn't hit anything, but judging by the scuff marks on the wall, many people weren't as lucky.
I have never in seven years encountered any of the negative issues reported in some of the reviews. Solid, efficient service with caring staff. (With one crabby exception who proved the rule.) I would recommend this location.
