Nice local branch. Annoying that like many banks nowadays you cannot call and talk to anyone at the branch you have to stop by.
Excellent location but say goodbye to your rims after going through the extremely narrow ATM drive-thru
Worst bank ever. My father past away and I have had to give them the same death docs 4 times. Apparently they do not keep any legal documents, even for deceased clients, and want to make people relive the trauma and suffering each time they go into the branch by making them go through the 'reapproval' process each time which takes 2-3 days (including 2 visits + multiple phone calls). They have been completely insensitive & unprofessional. I will be taking my business to any other bank and recommend you do the same.
Apparently JUST a drivers license doesn’t get you a deposit at this location. Shows my name and face, what else do you need?? I have never had this issue before. What is the point of even having tellers inside ? Stupid! Left work early for nothing.
