Every visit to this branch is worse than the last visit. Came in looking to do a wire transfer . Waited 30 minutes while my wife went to Trader Joe's to do some shopping. She was done and back and no one ever tried to help me despite me letting the teller know that I needed some assistance.
We have always had a positive experience banking here. East parking in rear & polite staff. Highly recommended.
Had such a great experience at this branch after a horrible experience at the Newfield location. Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
Unfortunately, you can’t give no store but if I had my way, I would give no stars. I’m as patient as the next person but when I called to set up a estate account for my father, I went to the branch left my number. They never called back for two days then when I called the 800 number they left me on hold phone was 20 minutes. I understand this is the way the world now nobody really wants to work. They just wanna go to work.
THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
