I have been banking with this branch of Chase Bank for over 20 years and have found everyone to be very helpful, polite and knowledgeable-Would highly recommend this establishment!
Hands down the slowest ATM in stamford its been that way forever
We have always had a positive experience banking here. Easy parking in rear & polite staff. Highly recommended. There recently helped us out by notarizing a document 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon.
The bank shouldn’t legally be able to close and lock its doors before closing time (5pm). I went to enter the bank for something time sensitive at 4:53pm est….Doors locked.
Every visit to this branch is worse than the last visit. Came in looking to do a wire transfer . Waited 30 minutes while my wife went to Trader Joe's to do some shopping. She was done and back and no one ever tried to help me despite me letting the teller know that I needed some assistance.
