I have been banking at this location since I was 8. I'm 66 now. I was in today because last week my debit card got hacked and my card was closed. I asked the people at Chase to expedite my new card, for a fee of 5.00. They sent it out last Thursday and I have not received it yet, although it was to be shipped in 1-2 days. I went in to the branch in Farmington to see if there was a tracking number on it and when I went in there wasn't anyone in the offices. A teller asked me if she could help me. Linda + Kylie are very rude and are communicating contradicting statements on the free notary service provided by Chase. There are multiple bad reviews about the two above and it does not seem that the branch has taken any action to correct the poor service. Internal documents state they can deny service for court documents but are not able to show that that is part of their policy. As a 15 year Chase client speaking: Positive: I do believe chase is the best in most areas I care about. Funds move quickly, they learn behavior and don't flag as many obvious normal transactions as other banks. They link to quickbooks for easy export and classification of transactions. Exporting to spreadsheets is nice. Staff is ALWAYS professional at every branch super impressed. I have been banking with Chase and have had a positive experience for the most part. But some of the changes implemented over the last few months have negatively impacted my experience. For starters, the drive up ATM seems to never work when I go there. I have attempted the drive up twice in the last 30 days and both times were problematic. Additionally, the removal of the walk-up ATM adds to the frustration, especially during a busy weekend when the bank itself is not open for drive-thru service. As a 15 year client speaking: Chase is A1 the best except: BRING BACK COFFEE and fix your 12 mile pavement by the atm it's been years straining on my transmission when I go in park and the front end strains sort of drops off a cliff after in park. Chase is the best tho!!!
