The bank usually works well but occasionally it's a long wait time. They've renovated recently. It looks good. Tellers are usually very friendly. Parking is somewhat bad here. There have been times where I had to wait for a parking spot

Absolutely the worst treatment! I switched all business to another bank where I had my personal and savings. Sara informed me that they closed the account because there was a negative balance. There were no letters about a balance or closing account Upon checking with customer service the charge was from a dispute that charged back after I already However, in the bank Sara was rude telling me that I can set up a payment plan for the $170 , that no one asked for.
