Mason and Marissa were so nice and helped us set up me and my husband’s account! Definitely would recommend seeing them.
I love the big screen ATM near the tellers. I was able to get my bills in $5s, $20s, and $100s ...which most ATMs are still limited to 20 dollar bills only. Great Customer service and friendly staff.
This is the definition of a predatory loan vendor. They have no clue what they are doing. They are incompetent with keeping up with account members. It should not take a whole day to pay a truck note. I will never let any of my family or friends use this bank especially this specific branch. They are all very rude and seemingly have no idea what has been going on. I called the bank on Dowden in Beaumont TX, spoke to a Mr Stanley.he was Rude, uninformed and incompetent and does not need to have a job in customer service. I don't have a account there but after speaking to this man I never will..what happened to Good Customer Service.i was inquiring about currencies..he doesn't even believe is Jamie Diamond is opening banks in Iraq... Lost my business
