Terrible customer service. They should honestly just replace the bankers with AI. They can’t actually do anything, they have zero authority and zero ability to accommodate any requests. all they do is read you the bank policy off their computer or send your document to corporate Chase.
Walked in today to open an account with my daughter. Ana Rodriguez did it efficiently and quickly. She is very professional and answered all our questions. The teller at the counter was pleasant, efficient and quick. The woman who greated us as we came in was efficient, pleasant and helpful getting us to Ana.
I work as a server and get paid in cash every day so I visit often to deposit my money late night after work; usually once or twice a week. There is about a 50% chance this banks ATM doesn’t work or accept deposits at night. There are times I’ll visit two or three nights in a row attempting to make my deposits only for it to be down every time. This atm has been like this since I’ve banked with chase (4+ years).
