To be one of the only Chase locations in South Lake County the ATM's should be functional. Both ATM's are constantly not working. The next closest location to make a deposit is in Montverde. Totally unacceptable. If you are going to limit the number of branch locations, at least have the ATM's functional. There were at least 8 or 10 customers attempting to use ATM just while I was there. Might be time to permanently deposit my money at another bank. Period.
I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this Chase branch by bank teller Noah at 220 Citrus Tower Blvd Clermont, FL 34711 Clermont North, Branch 741775 During my transaction, a white teller named Noah placed my receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me and tossed my ID and credit card back toward me.
