I work as a server and get paid in cash every day so I visit often to deposit my money late night after work; usually once or twice a week. There is about a 50% chance this banks ATM doesn’t work or accept deposits at night. There are times I’ll visit two or three nights in a row attempting to make my deposits only for it to be down every time. This atm has been like this since I’ve banked with chase (4+ years). Horrible customer service and all the employees are lazy. I come in at 230 to open an account. They tell me no one is available.. building was empty.
This chase needs to replace their personnel or it should be closed. It is unacceptable that I had to wait 30+ in the drive thru for a simple withdrawal and there was only one person in front of me. This location does not represent Chase’s culture and its workers should be ashamed!
Terrible customer service. They should honestly just replace the bankers with AI. They can’t actually do anything, they have zero authority and zero ability to accommodate any requests. all they do is read you the bank policy off their computer or send your document to corporate Chase.
