My wife went in today and spoke very highly of John she said" His customer service" was excellent!
Do NOT deposit cash with a teller here! The teller refused my deposit, and $20 was missing upon returning it. Evidently they make their own rules- their policy states you need an ID to deposit cash, UNLESS they "know you". I had a second teller come see if she knew me, because at my first visit, I was told they needed my ID because it was my first time there and they didn't know me? This was my first time here. I used the ATM, and hated it . You have to get out of your car and walk up to the ATM
