The worst Chase branch in TX. The branch manager on duty Friday 02/02/24 at 4:30pm very unpleasant and not helpful at all. The teller was cool and asked the manager for assistance and she stated to the teller she don’t have time to assist her with my transaction and to go to another branch.
Terrible customer service literally three bank tellers at the desk one person greets you. Everybody else seems to be in their own world while customers are in the drive-through waiting to be assisted as well as the ones standing in line. Why is one person helping customers while everybody else is doing their own thing while people are standing there waiting?
