Absolutely not! Would not recommend this bank and that’s exactly why I’m switching banks. I have been waiting for my new chase card for 2 weeks and it has never arrived so I called this chase bank and they said that it was delivered and if I haven’t gotten it to go and ask for a replacement card through the app and I did. Now I still haven’t received this new one so I’ve decided to switch banks since two of the cards I’ve never received are floating somewhere out there with my information and my money.
