I visited Chase Bank in Greenwich to apply for a credit card without an appointment. Despite my spontaneous visit, I was quickly assisted by Derrick McLaughlin II, who provided excellent service. He answered all my questions, shared helpful advice, and made the process efficient and professional. A great experience overall—thank you, Derrick!
If you want good customer service, I wouldn't use this branch. I went into the branch for what should have been a quick and easy signature transaction. Letida was completely unhelpful and lied to me. Unfortunately I was there 15 minutes before the end of the day, so she clearly was not interested in working. She tried to tell me that she would have to process my transaction manually and it would take weeks and weeks for it to process so I should wait and do it another day. She additional made a comment about me not living in... read more
