I stopped coming to this location long ago but had to utilize it for last minute reasons.. To my surprise had a wonderful encounter with the new branch manager Fawad. What a gentleman and addressed all my business concerns unlike before..i think ill keep coming back here.

If you want the old fashioned experience of going into a bank and being greeted with courtesy and friendliness please go into this location and enjoy wonderful Margaret waiting on you. It is like stepping back into a time capsule of gentility. She is truly above and beyond and can brighten your day with her cheerful perfectly polite attitude of true service..

Went to open another checking Accts around 4:40pm on 4/15 and the personal banker Santiago Baldin told me will take 45 minutes to an hour and they are ready to close, worst experience ever, is not the first time open acct last 3 decades , probably is good idea do it online and jobs like Santiago are not necessary anymore on site.

The tellers are the worse. I have been coming to this location for 5 years and today I wanted some changed for my job and wanted $200 change and they did not want to give to me because I did not have my driver license when I see them 2 to 3 times a week. I told one of tellers that I come here a lot and she asked her coworker and he ignored me and her coworker. It was like he did not hear anything. The worse chase bank in the area.
