The staff ,very helpful
The President of Chase Bank was the only notary that was at the bank at that time. We sat and waited 45 minutes for him to come out and tell us he doesn’t have time for us and he walked out the door. I said excuse me where is your customer and g said I don’t care. So you might think about it because I was ready to put all of my money from selling my house in Ohio in their bank. But not now! If the president acts like that, imagine what everybody else is like
three visits for one signature......not enough tellers........and the suits are playing solitaire between customers....DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE ALL DAY!
Horrible experience. Phone is never answered and customer service is awful.
I would give no stars if possible! One teller at lunch and the mangers and bankers could care less how long you wait!
