HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ARE WORKING HERE!!
These people NEVER answer the phone! I called and called for hours on a Saturday and they are supposed to be open till 2pm on Saturday then Monday came and again, no one ever answered!! Ridiculous Customer Service!

I called to see if I could take care of what I needed over the phone and they told me that it would only take about five minutes but that I had to go to a branch. I went to this branch and waited 15 minutes in the lobby and then I was told that they’re understaffed and to come back another day or go to a different Chase. There were 3 employees sitting in their offices with no customers in there. Terrible customer service!
