Chase is always good.
Chase Bank is by far one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend everyone avoid banking here. One of our employees opened a new account and deposited a $400 check. Chase made $100 of it available while the rest cleared—which is standard—but even after the check cleared our business account with no issues whatsoever, they refused to deposit the funds and let the account go negative $100. Phone service is terrible. Can never get through to someone. Cannot leave a message. Phone hangs up on you.
The teller that I spoke to wanted to help me and he solved my problem. Courteous, professional and friendly service.
