Friendly people
I called to see if I could take care of what I needed over the phone and they told me that it would only take about five minutes but that I had to go to a branch. I went to this branch and waited 15 minutes in the lobby and then I was told that they’re understaffed and to come back another day or go to a different Chase. There were 3 employees sitting in their offices with no customers in there. Terrible customer service!
Worst chase location. Refused to deposit a check under businesses DBA. With DBA name on the account. Lady was rude and condescending
