I ❤️ their customer service
Terrible customer service by the banker official, Phil. Day one, waited over an hour to meet with someone to help us set a trust. After over an hour of sitting there, Phil came out of his office, which he had no one in his office, he was providing service to, came out and told us we needed to make an appointment. So we did! Day 2, arrived 10 minutes early. No Phil in sight. We waited 40 minutes and after waiting for that long decided to tell the bank clerk, who had made the appointment for us the day before, we had been wait... read more
Came in today and waited 5 minutes for help, while employees were talking behind the counter. Someone else was probably training new employees. Finally male employee asked what was needed. Cash was the answer. He says you can do that at the ATM. Wanted personal help not an ATM. Used the ATM and then had to ask and go back for an envelope . Customer service was not their first priority today.
