Worse banking experience ever with Security Guard muttering something under his breath at the exit when I was leaving the bank. Such Authoritarian tactic of echoing nonsense from remote surveillance is treacherous and a violation of our Consumer and Constituional rights. Excellent customer service and care very friendly and fast.
Highly recommend customer service training to the staff of this branch, and after interacting with the "Branch Operations Lead" Tykeisha Dougherty on no less than three occasions, I understand why. I will avoid this place as much as possible because staff are often preoccupied with personal conversations and or seemingly not really interested in helping. They're also not very knowledgeable with basic banking concepts.
If you have an appointment with Sobia Aftab, RUN. I went to open an account, and when I applied, the woman, who doesn't speak Spanish, put words in my mouth that weren't right.
