I Absolutely don't like doing business with Chase Bank. We have multiple accounts and still don't have a person that we can call on when issues arise.
I had to come in twice to do a simple name change for my business and then received an alert to come in a third time bc it wasn’t done right. Go to a different branch.
Have tried calling numerous times to check if they have a notary available. They literally never answer the phone. If speaking to a person isn’t an option then the voicemail should just say that. Can’t wait to bring my kids and baby into the bank to see if they have a notary available.
