At first I didn’t even know if I should write this cause people do have bad days and my experience might have been an anomaly but after reading some of the other experiences, I feel obligated to share. On Friday my wife and I attended this location to open a bank account. Initially no one attended to us until we walked up to the till. The cashier eventually told us that we had to either wait 45 minutes or make an appointment for a later date. We chose to wait.
