Manager onsite was very unknowledgeable and rude, I went in to make a large payment and was given answers inconsistent with the Chase Dept. I spoke with on the phone. After not getting anywhere with this person I went to the High Ridge location and was met with amazing service and such a willingness to assist me. - I do want to mention the associate Margarida or something like that was great and was really trying to assist me - her manager however was really just nasty.
We had a wonderful experience at this branch. We had reason to interact with each employee because of the uniqueness of our request. Every one we spoke with was so anxious to help us. Each and every one was friendly and kind.
Ricardo could not have been more helpful. Fully understood the situation, listened to my needs, and made the necessary changes. Thank you again Ricardo!
The ATMs dont work 80% of the time very inconvenient def the worst chase in stamford
