I come in and ask to open an account and I’m told I need to make an appointment to open an account. They tell me to sit and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes just to open an account. They’ve told me that it would be 10 minutes and I’d be after the next person. 2 other people have already gone before me. Terrible staff
Do not start banking with chase. Worst bank I've ever had. Since starting with them I have not had one transaction go smoothly. Every single transaction I try to do gets stopped for fraud and they don't even contact me to approve it or check. Or they put a three day hold on instant transfers between my own account. When you call them for help they will lie, transfer you back and forth before eventually just hanging up while you're on hold. Attention Branch Manager: I have several business accounts with Chase Bank. Coleen Browne was extremely rude and unhelpful during my visit today. I had to walk out because she was just giving excuses and talking over me to not do her job. Unacceptable!! Not expected from a Chase Bank.
Treated me like garbage even after banking here for over 10 years. I keep my money with AMEX now as they have the best customer service. Chase should take notes.
