Very bad treatment.
Tried to cash a money order with my military id and was initially denied service because a second teller said I had to be the military member to use a US government issued ID with MY name and picture?!? We even have a military account!! Please educate ALL of your tellers on acceptable forms of government issued ID, because why did they deny me at first?
No cash deposits. EDIT HALF A YEAR LATER: FIX YOUR ATM
Can’t get a person on the phone for help
So sloooooooow Cannot wait for my company to leave this bank so I do not have to ever come back again and yes many not all employees very rude especially the manager.
