Amazing service. Clean environment and very kind people.
I have tried to use this branch twice and both times the same teller has took my information and got on her iPad to tell me there is no one available to assist me, when you can clearly see three visible bankers in the offices with no clients. I’m not sure why they think scheduling an appointment on an iPad is more important than assisting the client directly in front of you ready to do business. That’s three new accounts you guys missed the opportunity to open.
Have been a client for 10 years . Sitting already for 15 minutes waiting for the banker that is not even with clients . She is looking at her phone in her office with the open door . Unbelievable!
