You can’t get in their lobby afterhours. Card scanner doesn’t work. Chase is very unreliable lately.

We came into the branch to resolve an issue. We were assisted by a person name Sabrina, that went above and beyond, Kudos to her please give here a merit raise and a commendation in her file.

I meet Juliana,very nice lady professional and friendly ,because I was in hurry back to work I dropped my wallet in the branch,she called me and told me they were closing,so she put it in the safe for me and I can come back to pick it up tomorrow morning,then I came back the next day morning to get my wallet back,and she were very helpful and ask me the issue was solve or not,of course it is done!very nice place to do business with it ,will come back!

I had a check issued by Chase Bank that my financial institution would not cash because it was an electronic check. I walked into the branch and worked with Ashley and the manager on duty, Rueliza, who refused to waive the $10 fee for cashing a check as a non-customer, even as a one-time courtesy.
