I had a check issued by Chase Bank that my financial institution would not cash because it was an electronic check. I walked into the branch and worked with Ashley and the manager on duty, Rueliza, who refused to waive the $10 fee for cashing a check as a non-customer, even as a one-time courtesy. Terrible Customer service and Long wait when empty no one seemed to want to help me
This place is very helpful. Alex Gonzalez took time out of his day and before his next appointment to take care of me during an emergency. I had to take care of it that day and with their help everything was taken care of. All their staff are nice and friendly which makes it a great environment to be in :)
Ther system is always down 3 ATM machines and none work horrible
