Natalie Grierson was absolutely amazing. She helped me set up a new account and was very detailed with explanations about what I was eligible for. She was very personable and held great conversation while getting my account set up. She had me download the app and walked me through it very thoroughly. I’ve never had issues at this bank. The only issue is the ATM with check deposits but I can get that done on the chase app
Chase is wrong bank this branch is absolutely wrong not professional at all.
The a t m was down today and I accidentally left my card in it when I discovered this, so I tried to call like ten times so I could ask the teller if they found it.But they repeatedly ignored my calls! I had to leave my job in the middle of the day to go down there just to find out that they did find my card.But automatically canceled it instead of having the common decency of letting me know, and giving me the chance to come pick it up!!
