I’ve never had issues at this bank. The only issue is the ATM with check deposits but I can get that done on the chase app
Chase is wrong bank this branch is absolutely wrong not professional at all.
The a t m was down today and I accidentally left my card in it when I discovered this, so I tried to call like ten times so I could ask the teller if they found it.But they repeatedly ignored my calls! I had to leave my job in the middle of the day to go down there just to find out that they did find my card.But automatically canceled it instead of having the common decency of letting me know, and giving me the chance to come pick it up!! Horrible customer service! I've been banking with chase for years and of all the different branches I've been to this one is the worst. Usually most of the staff are nice but there is one employee who is very unprofessional and rude (very short red hair). Very combative and argumentative and she just had to insert herself into the conversation I was having with the teller who was helping me.
