Natalie Grierson was absolutely amazing. She helped me set up a new account and was very detailed with explanations about what I was eligible for. She was very personable and held great conversation while getting my account set up. She had me download the app and walked me through it very thoroughly. Extremely grateful to have gotten her that day when wanting to create a new account. Thank you Natalie!
I’ve never had issues at this bank. The only issue is the ATM with check deposits but I can get that done on the chase app
